Bernhard Kastenberger

As the founder and CEO of Clevascale GmbH, Bernhard Kastenberger is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company as well as its clients. Early on, Bernhard discovered his passion for digital marketing and gained extensive experience in various positions at agencies, startups, and international corporations. In 2016, he founded Clevascale, a performance marketing agency that specializes in targeted customer engagement through digital channels. Today, Bernhard is one of the leading experts in performance marketing. He works closely with partners such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopify, supporting both national and international companies in their growth. His services have been recognized with membership in the Forbes Business Council and as a speaker at European mastermind events. Bernhard shares his knowledge as a guest lecturer and advisor for institutions and organizations and is committed to mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Andreas Schäfer

As Co-Founder and CEO of Clevascale GmbH, Andreas Schäfer is primarily responsible for the strategic direction and growth of e-commerce projects. Andreas has extensive expertise in the use and optimization of shop systems such as Shopify and Plentymarkets ERP, as well as in the implementation of various apps and software solutions. With years of experience in building online shops, he has particularly specialized in the automation processes in the shop back-end, enabling him to develop efficient and scalable solutions for his clients. His focus is on optimizing the conversion rate and increasing the average order value (AOV), thereby enabling him to realize long-term successful and growing e-commerce projects. His profound knowledge and innovative approaches have made Clevascale a leading partner for companies that aim for sustainable growth in digital commerce.
